He helped grow Viking Capital into a nationally recognized multifamily platform, acquiring over $1 billion in assets, managing more than 5,000 units, and raising over $250 million in equity.
Vikram is a frequent speaker on real estate private equity and long-term portfolio design and is known for bridging the gap between accredited investors, family offices, and institutional partners. He has deployed over $667 million of invested equity across 15 projects, generating $1.07 billion in realized proceeds with a 1.9x equity multiple and 18.9% IRR. His prior leadership roles with Trammell Crow Residential, Mill Creek, Holland Partner Group, Intracorp Homes, Related Group, and most recently, as CEO and Co-Founder of Waterman Residential, sharpened his investment and development expertise. A graduate of USC and attended Pepperdine University’s Presidential/Key Executive MBA program, Alex brings strategic insight, operational excellence, and entrepreneurial vision to every venture.
Senior VP of Capital Markets & Head of Investor Relations
Over the past three years, Chris has raised more than $300 million in limited partner capital and expanded the investor base from approximately 300 to over 1,100 investors, playing a critical role in shaping the firms’ capital formation and growth strategies. He is widely regarded for his ability to translate complex investment structures and market dynamics into clear, actionable insights for investors.
Prior to joining Viking Capital, Chris served as Director of Capital Markets at PIA Residential in Miami, where he helped acquire more than 1,000 units totaling approximately $350 million in assets under management. Earlier in his career, he was Managing Director at California Golden Fund in Los Angeles, where he raised over $300 million to finance hotel development projects across Southern California.
In addition to his executive responsibilities, Chris is a frequent speaker at national multifamily conferences, a podcast host and guest, and a trusted voice in real estate thought leadership. His work centers on investor education, capital strategy, and helping investors think institutionally about portfolio construction, risk management, and long-term wealth creation.

VP of Asset Managment
Prior to joining Viking Capital, Sue founded Caryatid Multifamily Consulting, where she advised developers, owners, and investors on asset management strategy, portfolio performance, acquisitions, and complex property turnarounds. Before launching Caryatid in 2020, she spent 20 years at Trammell Crow Residential, serving most recently as Managing Director overseeing asset management for portfolios valued at up to $1.5 billion across the western United States. In this role, she led dozens of lease-ups, managed dispositions, and later transitioned into development, directing resident experience strategy, interior design, and technology sourcing for new communities.
Earlier in her career, Sue served as Vice President of Acquisitions at CWS Apartment Homes, where she placed over $50 million in equity across multiple markets. She was responsible for underwriting acquisitions, coordinating financing, leading due diligence, and negotiating purchase agreements, while maintaining an SEC Series 6 license.
Sue currently serves on advisory boards focused on innovation and technology in multifamily real estate, including Rise Buildings, Valet Living, and Flex/MICA. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Towson University and is based in Austin, Texas.

Before entering real estate and finance, Samantha spent a decade leading high-performing teams in Michelin-starred restaurants in Nashville and Miami. That experience shaped her expertise in operations, leadership under pressure, and execution at scale. She later brought this discipline to Viking Capital, where she has played a central role in expanding brand presence, supporting capital formation efforts, and elevating the investor experience through consistent, high-quality communication.
Samantha has written hundreds of articles, market reports, and educational resources designed to inform investors, reinforce underwriting discipline, and uphold the standards established by the Investor Relations team. Her work directly supports investor education, transparency, and platform growth, serving as a critical extension of Viking’s IR strategy under Chris Parrinello’s leadership.
As a speaker and thought leader, Samantha is recognized for combining operational rigor with strategic storytelling, helping investment platforms communicate with clarity, credibility, and long-term alignment.
Director of Finance
Since joining Viking just over a year ago, Kelly has helped elevate the finance and operational backbone of the business across more than 20 entities. She is a trusted partner to leadership, known for improving reliability in reporting, driving higher standards of process discipline, and solving complex financial and operational issues in a way that creates long-term structure, not temporary fixes.
Kelly works closely with Asset Management, Investor Relations, and Acquisitions to ensure financial information is consistent, timely, and decision-useful, supporting priorities such as budgeting, cash visibility, distributions, and external reporting needs. Prior to joining Viking Capital, Kelly spent over two decades in senior finance and operations leadership roles, building strong internal controls and managing performance in high-accountability environments.
CEO & Founder of Titan Capital
In addition to his investment background, Dr. Suri is a globally recognized executive and thought leader who has held senior leadership roles at Mayo Clinic and Cleveland Clinic, including serving as President and CEO of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. In that role, he led international enterprise strategy, large-scale development, and operations in partnership with Mubadala, one of the world’s largest sovereign wealth funds. His career includes extensive experience in organizational growth, capital-intensive development, and long-term value creation across complex global platforms.
Dr. Suri currently serves as Head of Robotic Cardiac Surgery at Corewell Health and holds degrees from Queen’s University, the University of Toronto, and Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar.
