Collectively the two properties include 419 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, many with sunrooms and balconies.

RADCO was represented in both transactions by CBRE brokers Shea Campbell, Colleen Hendrix, and Ashish Cholia.

“I congratulate Viking on the acquisition of our Henry County Georgia portfolio,” said Norman Radow, CEO of The RADCO Companies. “These communities are beautiful, well located, exceptionally managed and poised for future success. With the sale of these assets, RADCO has completed over 100 deals in the last decade totaling more than $3.3 billion.”
